Senior Operations Manager, Artificial General Intelligence Data Services
Tasks
- Architect scalable processes reducing headcount dependency
- Build and lead leadership team
- Build associate retention and engagement improvement model
- Champion data driven operations
- Define tooling requirements
- Develop multi year operational strategy
- Draft strategic papers for leadership reviews
- Drive cost per unit improvements
- Escalate systemic quality patterns with data backed proposals
- Establish quality ecosystem and closed loop defect management
- Implement corrective actions on sprint cycles
- Improve throughput using automation and workflow redesign
- Influence product roadmaps using operational data
- Lead workforce planning and capacity planning
- Maintain quality SLAs
- Maintain succession pipeline for critical roles
- Own end to end operational P and L
- Partner with engineering, product, and program teams
- Run A B testing of process changes
- Set performance expectations and calibrate talent
- Surface risks with mitigation plans
- Translate operational data into strategic narratives
- Validate feature releases using UAT
