- Apply Agile development approach
- Conduct software testing integration and system testing
- Create agile roadmaps and plans
- Decompose requirements into agile features
- Lead matrixed software engineering team
- Manage program schedule and budget data
- Manage software process standards tools and procedures
- Participate in proposal generation and staffing allocations
- Perform software design development and coding
- Provide team direction career development and performance appraisals
- Provide technical oversight across software development lifecycle
- Support recruiting and execution of software projects
- Support system integration and test
