Vice President, Legal Support (LP Transfers, Entity Data Governance)
Tasks
- Build legal function capabilities in India
- Collect review and manage transfer documentation
- Coordinate LP transfer requests across funds
- Develop maintain and enhance policies and workflows
- Establish ownership and accountability model
- Implement outcome based mindset
- Maintain transfer request trackers and workflow dashboards
- Manage entity data governance processes
- Manage legal operations team
- Manage stakeholder relationships across legal compliance finance and investor relations
- Mentor team members
- Monitor KPIs and service levels
- Monitor transaction progress and manage outstanding action items
- Prepare and distribute standard transfer documentation
- Provide information requests status updates
- Receive review and log transfer requests
- Streamline processes to improve operational efficiency
- Support special projects and process improvement initiatives
- Support workflow tools automation and reporting solutions
- Work in matrix reporting environment
