Sr. Manager – Data & AI Support Engineering
Tasks
- Accelerate troubleshooting using logs and telemetry
- Build AI enabled support workflows
- Conduct root cause analysis
- Coordinate with backline support and engineering to report defects
- Create reusable runbooks
- Drive technical resolutions for customer issues
- Ensure AI governance and human in the loop controls
- Lead data and AI support engineering team
- Lead incident management and on-call rotations
- Maintain internal runbooks and knowledge base assets
- Manage operational KPIs
- Mentor and train support engineers
- Own engineering JIRA escalations
- Partner with engineering and product teams on AI support innovation
