- Build AI native data platform with CDC semantic layer and quality framework
- Build and govern training and evaluation data pipelines
- Define and enforce architecture patterns for shared AI internal workflows
- Develop natural language analytics and agent driven insights
- Drive development culture for agentic coding and AI assisted SDLC
- Establish governance framework for model access data classification audit and evaluation
- Own AI platform strategy roadmap execution end to end
- Own private LLM strategy and operating model
- Partner with Security Engineering Legal and Product on private model use cases
- Represent platform pillar to executive leadership business partners and external stakeholders
- Route workloads between private models and external foundation models
- Scale and lead multi team engineering organization
