Tasks
- Advise customers on data platform solutions
- Collaborate with customers on quarterly requirements
- Create and maintain technical knowledge materials
- Develop repeatable technology stacks
- Document and implement managed service processes
- Ensure data availability correctness and performance
- Facilitate patches and fixes
- Handle customer escalations and resolve data platform issues
- Investigate data model issues
- Maintain automated data pipelines for ingestion ETL and storage
- Maintain data models for analytics and reporting
- Monitor and maintain data infrastructure
- Perform regular checks for pipeline and model health
- Scope and plan implementation of customer changes and requirements
- Upskill and mentor colleagues
