Technical Support Engineer 1 (Remote)
Tasks
- Adjust IaaS and PaaS resources CPU RAM disk
- Administer user access in Active Directory
- Coordinate and schedule customer maintenance
- Create and modify DNS records
- Escalate incidents to IT teams
- Fulfill service requests for portal accounts
- Manage Windows and Linux accounts
- Monitor alarms and tickets
- Perform server and network support
- Provide first point of contact support
- Resolve incident tickets using troubleshooting
- Support Windows and Linux server troubleshooting
