- Build and maintain data infrastructure
- Build reusable code packages and tools
- Define best practices for AI tool use
- Design develop and deploy AI powered tools and workflows
- Develop and apply machine learning and statistical models

- Integrate single cell and spatial transcriptomics analytics
- Maintain LIMS schemas and ELN workflows
