PHL - Fulfillment Operations Specialist
Tasks
- Balance automation and manual controls
- Configure SKUs and shipping settings
- Coordinate with 3PL partners and CX
- Define escalation paths
- Deliver ad hoc operational reporting
- Diagnose fulfillment system issues
- Ensure launch readiness across systems
- Execute backorder workflow
- Implement workflow and system fixes
- Investigate SKU mismatches
- Maintain ESD logic
- Manage future ship dates
- Monitor exception feeds
- Produce weekly fulfillment reporting
- Resolve EDI integration errors
- Support Shopify product creation
- Support shipment escalations
- Test process improvements
- Troubleshoot inventory sync failures
- Validate inventory across systems
