Tasks
- Analyze root causes of enrollment delays
- Assist with administrative tasks and documentation
- Ensure timely and accurate submissions through Medallion
- Identify and trend denial patterns
- Manage delegated rosters
- Manage facility enrollments
- Prepare and submit monthly rosters and uploads
- Process Medicaid applications and revalidations
- Process NY ETIN and ETINS
- Review and resolve provider enrollment
- Review and route incoming emails and correspondence
- Submit rosters through Medallion platform
- Support system integrations
- Support telehealth enrollment workflows
- Track and resolve payor items pending over 90 days
