- Automate pipeline execution data management and reporting
- Design study and validate data quality
- Ensure version control testing and continuous integration
- Improve analysis pipelines and variant detection
- Lead and mentor bioinformatics scientists
- Move research prototypes into production workflows
- Oversee assay development and optimization
- Own research strategy for new product development
