Program Manager, Fulfillment Operations
Tasks
- Build operational and financial models for capacity and labor planning
- Conduct post launch performance reviews and apply lessons learned
- Coordinate automation system deployments
- Create performance measurement programs for automation systems
- Develop capital and labor models for facility investment decisions
- Develop project scope milestones and success metrics
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Lead fulfillment center buildouts and launch projects
- Manage project plans and hold workstreams accountable
- Manage vendor relationships and deliverables
- Monitor actuals versus design targets and drive improvement backlog
- Partner with operations IT finance and vendors to execute projects
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
- Track and validate automation ROI
