Tasks
- Assess tools technologies and processes to improve return on investment
- Build manage and develop platform engineering team
- Collaborate with product AI growth and marketing for data needs
- Define and monitor platform KPIs
- Design analytics and experimentation systems
- Ensure scalability reliability performance and data quality
- Implement event tracking and usage metering
- Improve internal developer experience usability and value
- Lead real time and batch data processing
- Optimize infrastructure for cost and performance
- Own data platform architecture
- Promote data engineering best practices
- Provide technical mentorship and performance management
- Support AI research with training and capability data
- Translate data requirements into scalable solutions
