Senior Manager, Data Engineering
Tasks
- Create and maintain runbooks and architecture decision records
- Design and implement data architecture and infrastructure
- Drive data lakehouse performance and cost efficiency
- Establish code review standards and testing
- Implement CI CD and monitoring for data pipelines
- Lead mentor and grow data engineering team
- Manage incident response for data pipelines
- Manage team capacity and sprint planning
- Own production data pipeline operations at scale
- Own team roadmap and execution priorities
- Participate in hiring and interview process
- Partner with product managers and application engineers
- Report key performance indicators to leadership
- Translate data needs into scalable pipeline designs
