- Apply SPC and statistical analysis to process data
- Conduct in process and pre shipment inspections
- Define and track supplier quality KPIs
- Drive corrective and preventive actions to verified closure
- Lead supplier quality qualification
- Own nonconformance and deviation process
- Perform root cause analysis using quality tools
- Plan witness and sign off factory acceptance tests
- Read electrical one lines P and IDs and mechanical drawings
- Review approve test reports and documentation packages
- Translate engineering specifications into quality requirements
