大模型算法工程师（开放域对话）
Tasks
- Build end to end dialogue data pipeline
- Clean and deduplicate raw training data
- Deploy low latency inference on edge or cloud
- Develop LLM dialogue algorithms for open domain conversation
- Implement multi turn state tracking for dialogue systems
- Improve multi turn dialogue decision making with agentic reinforcement learning
- Optimize intent recognition personalization and task success metrics
- Optimize prompt engineering for tool use
- Perform offline evaluation and online A B testing
- Reduce hallucinations during agent tool use
- Run model SFT and RLHF optimization
- Support model quantization distillation and inference acceleration
- Train reward model datasets for reinforcement learning
