Manager, IT AI Engineering - Agent Engineering
Tasks
- Adopt and migrate emerging technologies
- Build Retrieval Augmented Generation systems
- Define reference architectures and standards
- Design build and operate AI agents
- Drive engineering upskilling programs
- Enforce prompt version management and deployment patterns
- Ensure reliability latency cost and maintainability
- Establish governance observability and audit logging
- Handle production issues and off-hours support
- Implement intent detection planning tool use and memory
- Implement privacy security and responsible AI safeguards
- Lead agentic systems development
- Manage AI engineering team
- Manage budget forecasting and spending
