- Apply Git workflows code reviews TDD and CI CD
- Architect and build LLM and ML powered production solutions
- Build AI enabled interfaces with React and Next.js
- Build production LLM systems with RAG and agent based architectures
- Build reusable accelerators templates and shared services
- Define and evangelize AI first development practices
- Design agentic workflows to reduce delivery time
- Design modular reusable AI systems
- Develop end to end systems with Python and JavaScript TypeScript
- Ensure scalability reliability security and observability
- Implement AI orchestration with LangChain LangGraph LangSmith and MCPs
- Integrate generative AI with traditional machine learning
- Mentor engineers and document standards and patterns
- Use AI enabled development environments for human AI collaboration
- Use Databricks for AI development
