- Adhere to company policies and procedures

- Collect missing information
- Complete compliance programs
- Create and distribute departmental tier email
- Develop rapport with participants
- Follow up with trainers on pending assignments
- Handle escalated customer calls
- Handle inbound and outbound trainer calls
- Manage new customer accounts and leads
- Meet performance metrics for quality conversions and operational efficiency
- Monitor and distribute department email box
- Monitor department queues
- Overcome objections
- Place meter and supply orders
- Place orders
- Process participant information and enter data into computer
- Provide program overview and enrollment information
- Review benefits coverage
- Run department reporting
- Track productivity
- Transfer calls to appropriate departments
