Senior Manager, AI Platform & Delivery
Tasks
- Coach and grow engineers through hiring onboarding mentoring and performance management
- Define evaluation harnesses for AI quality and regression detection
- Drive platform reliability observability incident response and SLAs
- Implement GitOps workflows and progressive delivery with safe rollbacks
- Lead AI platform strategy roadmap operations governance
- Manage AI platform delivery toolchain source control and CI CD
- Manage delivery performance using DORA metrics
- Manage vendor partnerships licensing seats and roadmap alignment
- Oversee identity access and provisioning including SSO role group management
- Partner with Security IT and business to enforce responsible AI guardrails
