- Collaborate with fulfillment center management to meet guidelines
- Drive cost out through process improvement
- Ensure daily weekly monthly department planning
- Ensure safe work practices and foster safety culture
- Maintain productivity accuracy and quality control standards
- Motivate and manage hourly associates to meet performance goals
- Participate in hiring training and coaching associates
- Recommend improve and execute department process changes
- Use operational reports to evaluate department performance
