- Assist in AI tool enablement for role based workflows
- Assist in AI tool governance and compliance
- Create reusable prompts templates and workflows
- Create user friendly AI documentation
- Develop and deliver AI training sessions
- Gather feedback and improve AI workflows
- Identify AI risks and escalate issues
- Monitor AI usage adherence to policies
- Provide first line support for AI tools usage
- Respond to tickets and configuration issues for approved AI tools
- Support documentation and tracking of AI use cases
- Troubleshoot user AI problems
