Tasks
- Assist customers with point of sale transactions
- Check in merchandise and apply accurate tickets
- Fulfill customer orders
- Maintain sales floor readiness through merchandising and straightening
- Manage fitting room operations
- Operate point of sale system
- Organize stockrooms
- Promote Nordstrom Rewards
- Receive unload freight and unpack merchandise
- Ship customer orders
- Sort and return clothing to sales floor
- Support store operations set up special events organize backroom markdowns and relocate fixtures
- Use inventory management systems to scan process and research shipments
