Tasks
- Align scope budget with operations and account leads
- Audit acceptance criteria and drive corrective actions
- Build and track budgets burn and margins
- Coach team members on planning QA and tools
- Collaborate with recruiters for hiring and candidate selection
- Ensure data handling privacy and access controls
- Ensure quality consistency across projects
- Forecast and secure rater and annotator capacity
- Identify manual steps and pilot process automation
- Lead client and stakeholder planning and QBR reviews
- Lead end to end project delivery collection labeling evaluation
- Lead root cause analysis risk issue and change plans
- Manage change orders and financial outcomes
- Manage vendor coordination and SLAs
- Oversee multi-project portfolios for AI training data
- Plan priorities milestones and handoffs across time zones
- Run governance reporting status risk exec updates
- Scale process automation templates scripts RPA and API driven flows
- Support onboarding offboarding and staffing retention
