Data Center Technical Support Engineering Operations Engineer, Data Center Engg Ops(DCEO)
Tasks
- Assist facility design implementation commissioning and build out
- Coordinate projects and manage capacity
- Create change management requests
- Create incident management tickets
- Drive capacity efficiency sustainability and reliability projects
- Establish performance benchmarks and conduct analyses
- Establish technical support documentation
- Manage risk for data center infrastructure
- Manage routine maintenance and emergency services for essential systems
- Manage vendor contractor and subcontractor work
- Optimize plant safety reliability sustainability and efficiency
- Participate in 24x7 shift rotation
- Perform corrective and preventative maintenance
- Prepare data center operations maintenance reports
- Provide power and cooling provisioning
- Provide technical support for data center facility operations
- Resolve infrastructure engineering issues with operating partners
- Support COLO operations
- Support rack installation
- Support recruiting efforts
