- Add human in the loop and safety guardrails
- Adopt CI CD DevOps and cloud native practices
- Build RAG pipelines
- Build agentic workflows and tool orchestration
- Build and evolve AI platforms for model lifecycle management
- Coach engineers on backend and distributed systems
- Collaborate with data science and AI research teams
- Conduct risk assessments and audits
- Create documentation for automation solutions
- Define and track automation KPIs
- Define reference architectures and engineering standards
- Design and build production grade GenAI systems
- Detect model drift and manage governance
- Enforce code quality engineering standards
- Ensure automation governance and compliance
- Ensure production security privacy and compliance
- Implement MLOps/LLMOps pipelines
- Implement evaluation monitoring and observability
- Implement prompt pipelines routing and integration layers
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems
- Lead and grow engineering team
- Manage production incidents and performance tuning
- Monitor and maintain automation solutions
- Optimize inference cost performance and reliability
- Optimize reliability scalability performance and cost
- Own end to end delivery of AI and GenAI solutions
- Productionize models and LLM pipelines
- Provide user training and support
- Serve as technical authority for build team
- Troubleshoot automation issues and perform updates
