Associate Director/Principal, Machine Learning Scientist
Tasks
- Build multi modality multi objective iterative protein sequence optimization
- Collaborate with engineering for model deployment
- Design and implement generative models for antibody sequence and structure
- Develop and deploy de novo antibody design methods
- Identify platform inefficiencies and plan ML methods development
- Lead and mentor ML and data science teams
- Maintain state of the art knowledge in ML protein engineering
- Provide ML expertise for therapeutics programs
- Publish in scientific journals
- Set strategy for future ML research
- Support lab in the loop antibody design
- Train predictive models for antibody properties
