E-commerce Fulfillment Supervisor
Tasks
- Administer warehouse training and communication
- Complete incident reports
- Conduct interviews and support hiring decisions
- Conduct monthly safety meetings
- Conduct shift meetings
- Coordinate loading receiving and picking
- Coordinate transportation dispatching and re routing
- Enforce safety rules and compliance
- Ensure security measures compliance
- Maintain staffing levels for fluctuating workloads
- Maintain warehouse sanitation and housekeeping
- Manage job rotation and door assignments
- Monitor inbound and outbound product flow
- Monitor team productivity and quality
- Oversee warehouse shift operations
- Provide mentoring and additional training
- Resolve picking and product quality issues
- Run quality audit and control programs
