Staff Data Engineer - CANADA (Remote)
Tasks
- Build and operate backend microservices and APIs
- Champion observability with metrics tracing and logging
- Define evaluation logging and feedback loops for AI agents
- Design streaming and batch data pipelines
- Ensure data quality, lineage, and governance
- Implement event driven Kafka data flows
- Ingest transform and normalize MLS and third party data
- Integrate AI agents into production workflows
- Lead technical design reviews and set engineering best practices
- Orchestrate data processing with Airflow
- Own end-to-end data platform architecture
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance
- Run data workloads on Kubernetes
