Principal Applied Scientist - (m/f/*)
Tasks
- Adapt and fine tune large language models for healthcare language
- Advance natural language understanding for healthcare text
- Create AI pipelines for structured and unstructured healthcare data
- Design prototype and evaluate AI models for autonomous agent based systems
- Develop model architectures for clinical decision making and revenue cycle management
- Drive model evaluation for accuracy robustness and fairness
- Ensure HIPAA and HITRUST compliance and data security
- Explore implement reasoning decision making and multi modal understanding capabilities
- Mentor junior AI scientists and engineers with code reviews
- Partner with engineering to move prototypes into production environments
- Provide technical authority on agentic and generative AI
