- Analyze performance drivers including adoption engagement friction points and leakage
- Assess engagement strategy performance and scale high value initiatives
- Collaborate across enterprise to incorporate analytics into strategic priorities and growth plans
- Create and operationalize segmentation behavioral and journey analytics frameworks
- Develop insights to anticipate business questions
- Develop repeatable scalable analytics solutions and data products
- Ground prioritization decisions in data performance insights and business impact
- Identify key drivers of customer satisfaction engagement and value perception
- Identify opportunities to improve data driven feedback loops
- Partner with customer engagement teams to align analytics and test learn agendas
- Provide strategic input into prioritization roadmap decisions and investment tradeoffs
- Refine experiences with product and engagement stakeholders based on insights and testing outcomes
- Translate analytical findings into business strategy narratives
- Translate business strategies into measurement approaches with KPIs and hypotheses
