Fulfillment Manager
Tasks
- Build and update SOPs and ensure consistent execution
- Coach and develop field teams and drivers
- Conduct weekly 1 1s with direct reports
- Defend budget and manage operational expenses
- Drive operational efficiency using operational metrics
- Identify route and operational efficiency improvements to reduce cost per delivery
- Identify staffing and scheduling optimizations to reduce labor cost
- Maintain SLA compliance
- Maintain safety quality attendance and customer service standards
- Manage fulfillment lifecycle from warehouse floor to final delivery mile
- Oversee on site warehouse operations
- Use AI tools to create and publish SOPs
