Process Engineer - Paint Robotics (3rd Shift)
Tasks
- Analyze line balancing and expectancy time performance
- Develop project plans and manpower estimates
- Drive continuous improvement and troubleshooting
- Ensure compliance with safety and OSHA requirements
- Lead engineering acceptance installation and commissioning
- Lead paint process engineering
- Oversee operational controls defect reduction and uptime
- Plan schedule and prioritize work
- Provide operational control for paint systems
- Provide technical support for assigned area
- Recommend acquisition of tooling equipment and fixtures
- Research Make-or-Buy options
- Support plant layout and work station design
- Write assembly work processes and man assignment procedures
