Tasks
- Build Now Assist skills and AI agent workflows
- Build reusable skill libraries and evaluation harnesses
- Conduct client demos for Now Assist and AI Agents
- Configure and tune predictive intelligence models
- Coordinate peer reviews and deployment promotions
- Develop integrations and Flow Designer actions
- Enforce responsible AI guardrails and access control
- Establish evaluation metrics and regression testing
- Guide AI and platform development activities
- Identify and qualify AI use cases
- Implement generative AI controller capabilities
- Lead AI delivery across a product suite
- Mentor junior developers on prompt and agent design
- Resolve defects during UAT and hypercare
- Track ServiceNow AI releases and advise adoption
- Translate business outcomes into AI solutions
