AI Solutions Architect
Tasks
- Advise stakeholders on scope dependencies and IT requirements
- Build and manage MCP server integrations and API tooling
- Collaborate with IT and enterprise systems teams
- Define production readiness security review standards and infrastructure path
- Design and build governed AI workflows
- Develop and maintain system prompts and knowledge file architectures
- Develop internal AI applications and citizen coded tools
- Document tools integrations and configurations
- Ensure governance data handling access controls and audit trail compliance
- Escalate blockers and coordinate resolution timelines
- Maintain SharePoint skills and prompts library
- Maintain intake tracker and provide status updates
- Maintain internal tooling and custom agents
- Participate in AI policy development
- Recommend technical path and delivery timeline
- Translate business use cases into technical specifications
- Triage AI workflow requests
- Validate AI models and feature releases against use cases
