Manager of Bioinformatics (Women's Health and Organ Health)
Tasks
- Convert investigations into durable rules and design changes
- Coordinate cross functional teams to resolve operational issues
- Define and manage service commitment for turnaround and coverage
- Define change validation evidence requirements
- Distinguish biological signal algorithm data and infrastructure issues
- Lead complex investigations and root cause analysis across systems
- Lead hire and grow a team of data and bioinformatics scientists
- Maintain known patterns catalogue for case matching
- Own production support for bioinformatics and data science algorithms
- Reproduce and validate agent assisted conclusions for records
- Validate changes for pipelines and algorithms in production
