Sr. Product Manager - Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery (BCDR)
Tasks
- Collaborate with engineering on customer facing features
- Communicate technical concepts to cross-functional teams
- Create multi year product roadmap
- Define product strategy and product direction
- Lead customer calls and work with account teams
- Own end to end business continuity and disaster recovery user journey
- Partner with sales and engage key customers
- Prioritize product improvements using customer telemetry and analytics
- Set and track success metrics for disaster recovery
- Validate hypotheses using qualitative and quantitative data
