Team Lead, Fulfillment
Tasks
- Assign tasks and manage workflow
- Conduct team meetings
- Coordinate with procurement account management and customer service
- Enforce safety standards
- Follow 5S processes
- Implement warehouse processes and procedures
- Lead mentor and supervise team
- Maintain inventory accuracy with stock counts
- Move pick pack and scan items
- Oversee daily warehouse operations
- Palletize and crate items
- Receive and store inventory
- Reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Resolve damaged or missing goods
- Stage and sort items
- Submit required documentation
- Track warehouse performance and SLA metrics
- Train warehouse associates
