Sr. ICT Design Engineer, Data Center Design Engineering
Tasks
- Conduct design milestone reviews
- Coordinate ICT with civil electrical security and architectural disciplines
- Develop and enforce ICT design standards
- Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Evaluate ICT technologies and construction methods
- Gather technical requirements with internal stakeholders
- Lead Correction of Errors process
- Lead ICT design strategy
- Lead technical interviews and hiring support
- Mentor and develop ICT engineers
- Own ICT architecture for data center programs
- Own scalable fiber optic and copper plant designs
- Review and approve ICT pathway and cabling submittals
- Serve as primary ICT technical point of contact
- Support RFP and vendor bid review
- Support physical security integration requirements
- Travel for site visits and in person reviews
