- Decompose business problems into data science problem statements
- Define guardrails for data access permissions privacy and sensitivity
- Design retrieval augmented generation patterns for agent workflows
- Develop machine learning models for classification and regression
- Develop retrieval strategies for enterprise data
- Develop reusable RAG patterns and documentation
- Ensure compliant and auditable data usage
- Evaluate retrieval quality relevance latency and answer fidelity
- Generate embeddings and perform chunking
- Implement metadata filtering and query rewriting
- Implement retrieval pipelines and vector search
- Integrate retrieval systems with orchestration frameworks and APIs
- Rank filter and summarize retrieved context
