Tasks
- Coordinate annual student registration and online enrollment campaigns
- Coordinate enrollment capacity monitoring and student placement input
- Ensure compliance with federal state and district enrollment regulations
- Manage student records receipt transfer maintenance and release
- Organize enrollment marketing and community outreach events
- Oversee enrollment software and online registration platforms
- Oversee student registration and grade K to 8 enrollment
- Plan and coordinate centralized student enrollment processes
- Prepare and analyze enrollment reports and official enrollment counts
- Provide customer focused enrollment support to families
- Support residency verification investigations when needed
- Train school staff on enrollment procedures and compliance
- Verify student residency and required enrollment documentation
