Order Fulfillment Coordinator
Tasks
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve operational efficiency
- Coordinate inventory availability
- Create and process capital orders
- Create and process equipment orders
- Create and process service purchase orders
- Generate domestic and international shipping documentation
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints and order issues
- Investigate inventory shortages and discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records in ERP and order management systems
- Manage product returns
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock availability
- Prepare customer quotations and proforma invoices
- Process customer credit card payments
- Process customer invoices and resolve billing discrepancies
- Track and monitor service orders
