- Align automation solutions with ITSM processes
- Build Azure AI and automation platforms with Azure AI Foundry and Copilot Studio
- Conduct technical reviews and architecture workshops
- Define solution architectures for automation and cloud native services
- Develop Infrastructure-as-Code with Terraform and Ansible
- Ensure delivery of scalable resilient and supportable solutions
- Establish development standards security controls and deployment best practices
- Evaluate emerging agentic AI and intelligent automation frameworks
- Lead design and implementation of AI and DevOps solutions
- Manage CI CD pipelines using Azure DevOps Boards Repos and Pipelines
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance
