- Analyze and reduce credit memo frequency
- Audit billing filters for unbilled revenue
- Automate finance data tasks using SQL
- Automate payment attribution and anomaly detection
- Build BI dashboards and reports
- Build finance reports using semantic layer
- Conduct impact analyses of billing logic changes
- Define payment attribution codes
- Determine bill eligibility
- Establish Looker metric standards
- Identify billing discrepancies and revenue gaps
- Lead billing investigations
- Maintain monthly reconciliations
- Map data sources and support data governance
- Monitor billing KPIs
- Own client billing data
- Provide billing support to finance
- Reduce revenue leakage through root cause analysis
- Support Billing 2.0 UAT
- Train finance on Looker and SQL
- Validate billing outputs before month end close
