Senior Optimization Engineer
Tasks
- Analyze RAN core and end to end KPIs
- Analyze end to end logs
- Automate processes using BI and data manipulation
- Benchmark network performance
- Check parameter inconsistencies and correct databases
- Conduct continuous network quality monitoring
- Coordinate with optimization NPO care and customer operations teams
- Create technical workshops and documentation
- Define and execute optimization and corrective actions
- Drive test processing and analysis
- Execute configuration tuning to stabilize solutions
- Identify and assess network quality degradation
- Implement RAN solutions at customer sites
- Map KPIs and parameters for multi vendor projects
- Monitor analyze and report KPIs
- Perform functional and technical validation
- Perform root cause analysis for performance issues
- Perform single site optimization
- Plan and optimize mobile networks
- Produce periodic operational and executive reporting
- Resolve deployment issues
- Support early life customer operations
- Tune clusters to achieve target KPI
- Validate deployed solutions
