Tasks
- Assist with long term operational strategic plans
- Complete shift pass downs and timecard review
- Ensure safe working practices and document incidents
- Mentor and provide training to optimize performance
- Rotate to other shifts and departments
- Set departmental requirements and expectations
- Track production metrics and report to management
- Use data to develop continuous improvement strategies
