Document, Fulfillment and Mail Services Team Lead
Tasks
- Coordinate onboarding training and staff development
- Coordinate vendors business units and information technology for operations
- Develop maintain and enforce operational procedures and governance requirements
- Direct departmental workflows and staffing
- Lead daily operations of document services and mail services
- Monitor service levels quality standards and productivity
- Resolve operational issues customer concerns and service escalations
- Support hiring coaching performance reviews corrective actions and termination
- Support implementation of new services technologies and process improvements
- Support operational planning budgeting workforce planning and performance reporting
