- Build deploy operate AI enabled services
- Create modular prompts and tool specifications with version control
- Define implement eval suites and automate offline and online evaluations
- Design develop and productionize RAG retrieval grounding pipelines
- Implement AI observability for tracing and evaluation
- Implement PII redaction policy as code and audit trails
- Implement agentic task oriented agents with HITL checkpoints and fallbacks
- Implement embeddings chunking summarization and relevance tuning
- Integrate runtime frameworks and enterprise systems
- Maintain agent cards runbooks and playbooks
- Maintain schemas data contracts and data pipelines for context stores
- Mentor junior AI engineers
- Optimize context size caching rerankers and model selection
- Wire eval gates into CI CD pipelines
