Front Desk & Enrollment Coordinator

Tasks
- Answer multi line phone and take messages
- Assist with mailings and school projects
- Call parents and guardians when students are absent
- Collect and receipt tuition and other revenue
- Conduct follow up communications with prospective families
- Conduct outreach to parishes and schools for recruitment
- Coordinate book and laptop checkouts and returns
- Coordinate enrollment and re enrollment procedures
- Coordinate student photos and ID card production
- Coordinate tardy sign in and early dismissals
- Create student IDs
- Ensure student forms are signed and accounted for
- Follow up with students and parents on tuition and fees
- Generate and submit weekly and monthly attendance and tardy reports
- Mail progress reports and report cards
- Maintain daily attendance records in RenWeb
- Maintain office and media center cleanliness and organization
- Maintain office supplies and forms
- Maintain procedure manuals
- Maintain student files
- Manage event setup and logistics
- Monitor attendance and contact families for absences over two days
- Notify teachers and counselors of illness and chronic absenteeism or tardiness
- Oversee distribution and inventory of textbooks and library media
- Prepare and administer TABE Locator and tests
- Print and stock promotional materials
- Provide customer service
- Provide sign in sheets for student activities and volunteers
- Represent school at community and diocesan events
- Schedule and assist prospective family tours
- Schedule and manage room use
- Send weekly tardy notification emails
- Translate Spanish calls
- Translate for Spanish speaking parents in meetings
- Update and distribute Spanish speaking parent lists
