- Assess and improve data readiness accuracy completeness lineage timeliness accessibility
- Build business cases prioritize by ROI and track value impact
- Communicate progress value and risk to senior leadership
- Define data quality standards metadata master data readiness assessments
- Deliver predictive and prescriptive machine learning products
- Drive CI CD MLOps practices drift detection retraining
- Ensure feature store data contract and model documentation
- Establish responsible AI governance risk security data IP model oversight audit trails compliance
- Implement guardrails and approval gates for mission critical operations
- Influence cross functional alignment around shared roadmap
- Lead ML lifecycle problem framing feature engineering training validation deployment monitoring retraining
- Lead stakeholder discovery change management and adoption
- Own machine learning product roadmap
- Stand up AI ML practice patterns playbooks reference architectures evaluation frameworks
- Translate model outputs into operational decisions
